Systems DVD by Andy Stanley

We all have systems, processes, and methods that we employ, and these systems elicit behaviors in ourselves, our families, our friends, and our co-workers. If you aren't getting the results you desire from your team, your congregation, or yourself, it's probably because you have absent or ineffective systems.

In this DVD, Andy explains

  • the ways in which many systems are flawed,
  • how to attain the behaviors you desire through a system,
  • the components of an effective system, and
  • biblical principles that should be integrated into every system.

This DVD curriculum from Andy Stanley will help you discover how to achieve the behaviors you desire by implementing fruitful systems.

If you've spent time crafting mission or vision statements for your organization, you need to spend adequate time defining and building the systems that dictate how your organization behaves. In the end, it is not our words that create lasting behaviors - it is our systems. According to Stanley, "Statements are hanging on the wall, while systems are happening down the hall."

Bonus features include behind-the-scenes interviews with Andy Stanley, Jeff Henderson (Pastor of North Point's Buckhead Church), Carlos Whittaker (Service Programming Director at Buckhead Church), and Jenny Boyett (Director of Assimilation for North Point Ministries).

Liberate your organization today!

    For every leader

Very insightful to how organizations run internally. I work as a youth pastor and I wish i had this understanding earlier in my ministry. Every young leader who works under leadership should listen to this once a year just to stay fresh with clarity.
