Where do I download the digital material I purchased?

1. Sign into your Catalyst Store account by clicking the "Sign In" link at the top of the screen.
2. Click "Completed Orders" under the "My Account" tab.
3. Click "Download Files" (in parentheses).
4. Click the file(s) you want to download to either Open or Save your file(s).

I forgot my password. How do I log in?

1. Click the "Sign In" link at the top of the screen.
2. Click "Forgot your password?" underneath the sign in information and follow the instructions to have a new password sent to your account email address.

Where can I track my order?

1. Sign into your Catalyst Store account by clicking the "Sign In" link at the top of the screen.
2. Click "View Order Status" under the "My Account" tab.
3. Click the "Track the status of your order" link

How long do I have access to downloads after I purchase them?
You have the ability to access any digital products you purchase for 30 days in order to allow you adequate time to download them for your use.
