Creating a Healthy Culture DVD Set by Andy Stanley & Craig Groeschel

Creating a Healthy Culture

We are irresistibly drawn to the remarkable; those cultures that shine because of their sense of purpose, the collective passion of their people, and the health of the organization. These stand out cultures are so rare that they cause us to ask questions such as: How are these cultures produced? Does a compelling culture just happen by accident? How can I play a role in creating one? The truth is that compelling cultures are purposeful. They are intentional. They are created. The foundation of a compelling culture is a set of values that must not only be clearly defined and understood, but more importantly, lived out in our day-to-day actions.

The Creating a Healthy Culture DVD set explores the values and intangibles that allow us to contribute to a culture which lives its values, embraces change, nurtures authentic relationships, and fosters personal and organizational progress.

Each of the DVDs in the Creating a Healthy Culture set includes a main talk, behind-the-scenes interviews and discussion, and access to a participants guide. Sessions include:

-Five Inescapable Truths about Organizational Culture
-The Power of Mutual Submission
-The Significance of Values in Shaping Culture

-Creating a Culture of Self Awareness
-Three Essential Ingredients of a Stand Out Culture

    Catalyst One Day DVD Review

Posted by Scott Spencer on 10th Jun 2013

I was under the impression that the product would be from the actual event I attended, and it was not. However, the presentations were similar. I was expecting the DVDs to include the sessions when both speakers shared information and asked each other questions. Those sessions were not included. So, what I received was good, but it was not what I expected.
